Membership is for one adult ages 18+. Renews automatically beginning in month 13 to a rolling month-to-month membership. Member may cancel at any time after the last month of their membership has been paid, with a 30- days notice. Early cancellation fee applies.

Enrollment fee and first month of membership due at time of joining. Annual fee of $40 will apply 90 days after initial sign-up and due every 12 months.
